Your privacy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This site belongs to KBcreativeLab, the UX consultancy run by Katya Boudjelloud in Vancouver, Canada. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit it, write to me or book a call.

Analytics: no cookies

I use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t collect personal data and doesn’t track you across other sites. I see totals only, such as how many people visited or clicked “Book a call”.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you book, you share your name and email address, and anything you choose to add in the booking notes. I use them only to prepare for and hold our conversation, and to follow up about working together.

Contact form

If you write to me through the contact form, your name, email address, website and message are delivered to my inbox through Formspree (a US service that handles the sending and filters spam). I keep the message only as long as I need it to reply and for my business records.

Email

If you email me, I keep the conversation to reply to you and for my business records. I never sell or share your details, and I don’t add you to mailing lists without asking.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time: katya@kbcreativelab.com. I respond within 30 days.

Changes

If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date above.
